What are the conditions to rent a car?
In order to rent a car, you must hold a European or international license issued at least one year prior to the start date of the rental and you must be at least 23 years old.
How can I make a car reservation?
You can make a reservation in three different ways
1. Online, via www.elgeagroup.gr (Upon receiving the reservation you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail)
2. By phone, at +30 2754 061768 for the Argolida region and at +30 210 428 0017 for the Piraeus region, Monday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
3. Or at our offices in Koilada, Argolida and Piraeus.
Is a child seat provided?
Elgea Group provides you with a child seat for a small financial charge upon request and based on company availability.
What do I do if I want to cancel a reservation?
In case you wish to cancel a reservation, you should contact our company. Cancellation of the reservation must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the vehicle rental (always according to the exact time of reservation), as done in the company's reservation system.
What about the driver's license?
Drivers must hold a license valid for at least one (1) year. Citizens of non-EU countries are required to have a valid international driving license in addition to their national driving licence.
For motorbikes, it is required to issue a valid driver's license A1 125cc Motorcycle License in Greek territory and in the EU.
What is the fuel policy?
Vehicles are delivered with a FULL amount of fuel. The renter must return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when it was collected. In case the car is returned with less fuel than the original (ie less than the amount of fuel the vehicle had when it was collected by the customer), the customer will be charged the difference in fuel PLUS FUEL SERVICE FEE of €5
